The Senior Director of APAC Sales Operations will play a crucial role in the regional execution and success of sales operations, driving regional initiatives to fruition while serving as the regional advocate in the strategic planning of Sales Operations. This individual will be responsible for aligning regional sales strategies with global operations, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring the effective local adaptation of global processes.

Regional Sales Operations Strategy: Develop and implement sales operations strategies that support the APAC region’s unique market conditions while aligning with global objectives.
Initiative Leadership: Lead and synchronize regional initiatives, ensuring they contribute to global sales objectives and address APAC-specific opportunities.
Regional Advocacy: Act as the primary conduit for APAC insights, shaping the global sales operations strategy through proactive regional representation.
Change Strategy and Implementation: Architect and execute robust change management programs within APAC to ensure adoption of new processes, maintaining team performance and morale.
Act as a business partner to the regional commercial leader.

Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of APAC market dynamics and cultural practices to inform sales operations.
Operational Acumen: Expertise in sales ops frameworks, focusing on performance improvement and efficiency.
Process Excellence: Ability to align and harmonize sales processes across teams, maintaining regional adaptability.
Tech and Data Utilization: Proficiency in adopting sales technology and analytics to drive regional data-driven strategies.
Influential Leadership: Capacity to unify diverse teams, ensuring regional sales strategies are cohesively integrated with global directives.
Preferred location for this role is Singapore or Sydney.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin strongly preferred.
