Details: Community Services Directorate (CSD) is seeking applications for a Director in the Office for Women to lead work to develop relevant policy frameworks and/or develop and implement programs to support women, girls and gender diverse people in the ACT.
The Director role support the Senior Director, Office for Women and Youth Engagement.
The Director will be responsible for overseeing the development of policy and program advice and develop and implementation strategies to build team culture and capability. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate for a government context, as well as sophisticated interpersonal skills to inform high-level consultation, engagement, and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders. This role includes staff supervision.
