The organisation
One of Australia's leading healthcare organisation, that offers care to patients and is also at the forefront of medical research. Our client has over 31 facilities across Australia, operates in both the NFP and private sectors, and is going through a high growth phase.
The role
Reporting directly into the Senior Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to;
- As part of the Financial Management & Analysis team, this role performs a key function in delivering the financial management service delivery model, focused on partnering with operational managers to ensure sound financial management, accurate budgeting & forecasting, supported decision making and to facilitate the achievement of the hospital’s strategic outcomes.
- This position will predominantly support non-clinical services, Executive Directors, Senior Managers and Cost Centre Managers in the management of their business, providing detailed and best practice financial accounting and management accounting support, and detailed analytical business modelling support.
- This position will lead the accounting and reporting of capital projects and assets, including financial accounting, project reporting and asset management reporting.
- This position will support finance team members and provide cover arrangements within the Financial Management & Analysis Team
- CA/CPA qualified
- Big 4 or Mid-tier 1st mover or you have industry experience and are looking to move into a business partnering role
- Excellent communication skills
