Details: Access Canberra is looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager who has expertise in Digital Forms, is client focused, dynamic and flexible. The Assistant Director will work as part of a core team in delivering customer centric solutions for a range of stakeholders. This involves design and development in Digital forms platform.
Applications are sought from applicants with experience in Digital form design and payment, application administration including system upgrades, security, procurement and contract management and implementing customer-focused services/initiatives and re-engineered business processes.

An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months. This position will be performed under the ACT Government’s hybrid working arrangements, including home-based work and an office space designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
