This global finance house is looking for a GRC Lead to work with regulators globally, conduct cyber risk assessments, and be responsible for organisational risk compliance and reporting within the Cyber Defence team. Working within a small global team, you'll be the first GRC resource in APAC and you'll help the Cyber Defence leadership team to develop and grow a threat-driven risk structure.
 
Responsibilities?
 
In this role, you will focus on how to manage risks engagements most effectively in support of a high-level cyber threat environment. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive effective outcomes, ensure cyber risk obligations are met, work with internal and external auditors in compliance and evidentiary engagements, and develop effective processes, policies, and best practices across their global environment.
 
Skills & experience required

  • 7+ years in-depth audit experience including 2+ years focusing on cyber security related IT controls and regulatory compliance;
  • In depth understanding of standard industry cyber risk frameworks;
  • Excellent influencing skills at all levels and the ability to develop good relationships and maintain them;
  • Experience of working in the Financial Services industry, be it internally or as a consultant;
  • Experience working in technology risk management, and technology infrastructure, and addressing risks from a threat lens.
