Senior Business Development Manager

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding Australian software company specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solutions. As they set their sights on global expansion into Europe and North America over the next 12 months, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to join the team with a focus on the East Coast of Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets in the GRC software sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Present and demonstrate our SAAS-based GRC solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Must have proven experience in sales, specifically within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance software industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling SAAS solutions.
- Strong network and understanding of the GRC market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Sydney-based with the ability to travel as needed.
