My Australia Direct Pty Ltd is currently accepting applications for the position of “Business Development Manager” with Cranfield Group in Sydney, NSW.
The Cranfield Group is looking to hire a Business Development Manager. This is a senior position in the business and will be based in Sydney CBD. It is a full-time position with annual remuneration on between $85,000 to $110,000 (negotiable) on offer.
The role will require an experienced sales manager with strong people management, leadership and sales/business development skills. Experience of having worked in a similar role with a recruitment business will be highly beneficial.
Skills and Experience required • Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of five years’ relevant experience • Experience strategizing on business development • Experience implementing and monitoring sales plans • Experience providing leadership and mentoring on sales techniques • An ability to manage teams and work to targets
Duties • Setting all targets and KPI’s for the team • Mentoring and training all staff members on sales techniques and negotiation skills for recruitment processes • Business development, market mapping, industry mapping • Marketing the business at client meetings and maintaining client relationships • Representing the business at networking and client events • Manage team on a day to day basis
