As the Service Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the capability and performance of experienced operational supervisory leadership team that focus on delivering a consistent customer service experience and supporting frontline customer service employees in Airports.
This role is accountable for leading and developing the frontline supervisory team across the full employee lifecycle including training, coaching and expertise on a full range of people management issues. This role is in control of allocation of activities, prioritisation of effort and focus areas aligned to business priorities, build programs to uplift capability and ensure team has the necessary information to drive day-of-operations performance to standard.
In addition, you will implement effective solutions to manage customer, performance, safety and training governance systems and processes to consistently meet operational standards and support the implementation of specific programs of work and initiatives.
You’ll have –
- Minimum 2-3 years in operations leadership role, or people management responsibility
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills, able to build rapport and explain the reasons and rationale behind specific actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated understanding and experience within airport operations
- Proven ability to coach and develop frontline leaders
- Strong working knowledge of industrial relations practices and human resources policies and procedures
- Developed project, people and performance management skills with a strong results orientation
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate, drive and influence outcomes of key people programs
- Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Passion and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
- Tertiary qualifications in business related discipline or Human Resource Management is advantageous but not essential
