Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working model:
- 3 days from anywhere in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand per week,
- 2 days from an RACP office location per week,
- 1 of the two days per week in office spent with your team.
The primary purpose of this position is to plan, develop and coordinate educational programs based on the principles of educational design to deliver learning resources relevant to the professional development needs of the members which are aimed at improving the health outcomes for priority populations. Programs will primarily be delivered online, but there may be some in-person events.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Coordinate content development in consultation with specialist subject matter experts.
- Manage and execute grant funding and budget monitoring and tracking .
- Manage the program planning, blueprinting, monitoring, and tracking, as well as coordination and management of subject matter experts.
- Proactively engage the marketing & communications team in the scoping and planning stages of program design.
- Plan and coordinate the collection of user data for analysis, benchmarking, and outcomes.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate program success.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the development of project plans, detailed milestones for achievement, resourcing and dependencies for the successful delivery.
- Utilise evidence-based practices to ensure the effectiveness and appropriate blueprinting of the learning resources and oversee content planning and development.
- Manage the identification and coordinating a group of specialists to deliver content on pre-defined topics, reviewing and editing content and writing supplementary content.
- Managing and executing grant funding and budget monitoring and tracking .
- Consulting or testing prototypes with members and target audience groups.
- Ensuring programs are designed to adequately support physicians in meeting their CPD requirements.
- Building relationships and stakeholder management including w ork with committees, working groups and other Fellows who act as subject matter experts and content developers and reviewers.
- Planning and coordinating the collection of user data for analysis, benchmarking, and outcomes.
- Evaluation of programs through data analysis to inform continuous improvements.
- Work with the eLearning team during the planning, design & build phase of the program.
- Proactively engage marketing & communications team in the scoping and planning stages of program design and development.
- Participate and contribute to other Professional Practice projects
- Collaborating with other teams across the College as required.
Your experience:
- Tertiary qualification or experience working in a relevant field (communications, education, program coordination, research, medical education, e-learning, health)
- Experience coordinating a program for an educational environment or similar.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly developed analytical and information literacy skills.
- Proven ability to interact and establish good working relationships with people at all levels, both inside and outside the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under broad direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to develop roadmaps, prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
- Experience of managing stakeholder expectations and evaluating feedback.
- Demonstrated high level of tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
