As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Description

  • Train, mentor, and supervise accounts receivable staff.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable department.
  • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimise outstanding receivables.
  • Monitor accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Review and approve credit applications and set credit limits.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports, including ageing reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
