About the Role: 

As a Dietitian at Toronto Private Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high standards of nutrition and dietary care to our diverse patient population. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with a diverse range of patients, including those with medical, rehabilitation, palliative, and mental health needs
• Implementing and monitoring therapeutic diets in accordance with hospital guidelines.
• Educating and supporting our foodservice team and dietary assistants.
• Contributing to the professional development of colleagues and sharing knowledge gained.
• Ensuring compliance with infection control, health, and safety practices at all times.

Required Attributes:

• Preferably have experience in providing clinical care to acute/subacute inpatients with comorbid health conditions 
• Membership with Dietitians Australia as an Accredited Practising Dietitian 
• Relevant qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and efficiently in alignment with the hospital’s vision.
• Strong clinical skills and problem-solving techniques in patient interaction.
• Enthusiasm for promoting and supporting Toronto Private Hospital’s commitment to quality care.
• Active participation in professional development and collaboration with healthcare colleagues.
• Dedication to fostering a culture of teamwork and anticipating customer (patient) needs.
