We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, ideally with a background in support services, sales marketing, or within an agency setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and the drive to see initiatives through to completion. With a focus on the offering of customer service and support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid to enterprise-level clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.

Present Teamified to potential clients through direct communication, face-to-face meetings, networking events, and emails.

Provide customers with a comprehensive introduction to the platform and services, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and increase market presence.

Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches and ensure clients receive continuous support and updates.

Be open to self-promotion on platforms such as linkedin and willing to network, attend events, create content to drive personal and business brand.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role in sales.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, particularly in support services, with sales marketing or agency background highly advantageous.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Market knowledge and experience in the remote work sector preferred.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Knowledge of remote staffing, outsourcing, and consultancy services.
