Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Cisco-based network solutions for WAN/LAN environments across multiple office locations.
- Lead network architecture planning and execution, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Develop scalable and resilient network designs to support multi-site operations and remote workforce initiatives.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure across distributed environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions into overall IT strategies, focusing on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Ensure network security best practices are implemented and maintained, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and access control policies tailored to multi-location setups.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance network performance, reliability, security posture, and scalability across diverse office environments.
- Oversee Unix-based infrastructure and general IT operations, ensuring alignment with networking requirements and standards.

- Oversee Unix-based infrastructure and general IT operations, ensuring alignment with networking requirements and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing Cisco-based network solutions in WAN/LAN environments.
- Expert-level knowledge of routing, switching, and network security principles within distributed architectures.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, MPLS, and network security concepts relevant to multi-site operations.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus switches, ASA firewalls, Cisco Wireless solutions, and network monitoring tools.
- Experience implementing and managing network security technologies such as firewalls, VPN concentrators, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security across multiple sites.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux system administration and general IT infrastructure management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members effectively.
