About the role:

In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will report to the Talent manager and support our AUS managers by providing subject matter expert advice on a broad range of employment relations matters, including:

  • Working closely with the Talent Manager for reviewing the volume of the roles and build talent strategies accordingly.
  • Providing hands on end-end recruitment support to leaders.
  • Managing high-level recruitment activities and projects with a talent manager.
  • Supporting and mentoring talent coordinators.
  • Technical sourcing / end to end recruitment process management.
  • Deep understanding of roles across the AUS business - Growing the pool
  • ATS Talent pool management

About you:

  • Proven experience in recruitment (Minimum 2 years) in either agency or in house environment.
  • Someone who has an experience in education (Higer or VET) in house talent team, that is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Live Hire experience is highly regarded, to track and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to swiftly identify and resolve any issues that arise during the recruitment process, and proactively address challenges to ensure smooth recruitment operations
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to accept responsibility, exercise initiative and be resourceful and flexible in getting things done. A collaborative team-worker.
