I am hiring for a leading boutique media agency that is currently on an amazing growth journey. Their innovative approach and dedication to excellence has made this business the go-to agency for SMEs looking to amplify their presence in the market.
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Client Services Director with a deep-rooted background in media agencies working with SME’s and Enterprise level clients.
The successful candidate will be the linchpin in client retention, adept at orchestrating compelling pitches, and a maestro of business development. Your extensive Australian network and your coveted ‘little black book’ of contacts will be your tools to fortify and broaden the company clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and execute client retention strategies that exceed expectations.
- Spearhead pitches and presentations that captivate and convert.
- Utilize your expansive network to solidify our agency’s prominence.
- Foster enduring relationships with a diverse array of clients.
- Work in tandem with various teams to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Offer strategic insights to refine our services and operational practices.
- Over 10 years of experience in client services within a media agency context.
- A proven track record in nurturing client relationships and securing new accounts.
