Position Overview: As the CEO of Hampshire Holidays, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team, steering the company's strategic vision and operational excellence. Your role involves developing and implementing forward-thinking strategies to achieve long-term goals and drive business growth. You will identify emerging market trends and seize opportunities to foster innovation and competitiveness.
In this role, you will oversee comprehensive financial planning and risk management, ensuring fiscal health and informed decision-making. You will streamline operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, integrating cutting-edge technologies, including AI, to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders is crucial. You will represent Hampshire Holidays at industry events, promoting our brand and vision. Additionally, you will inspire and mentor a high-performing leadership team, cultivating an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record as a CEO or senior executive in the tourism industry. Strong strategic, financial, and operational management skills are essential, along with exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
This position requires you to work remotely from home therefore a home office is required.
