Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Manager to join thier prestigious high-end residential property development team in Sydney. As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of luxury housing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall development objectives.
Conduct regular reviews and adjustments to project plans as needed.
- Implement efficient site layouts and workflows to optimize productivity. Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment placement, and waste management.
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of construction professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and updates.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands. Monitor and manage construction materials, equipment, and labor resources.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of necessary materials.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards. Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.
Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.
- Foster open and transparent communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing any challenges.
Act as a liaison between on-site teams and the broader project management group.
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address unforeseen challenges.
Implement corrective actions promptly to minimize project delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations. Stay abreast of changes in construction and safety codes, implementing necessary updates.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential property development. Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
