About the role
In this exciting role, you will support the development and execution of the organic internal and external social media strategy. This role is crucial in positioning the Connective brand, retaining members, and supporting acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will implement best practices in social media communication programs leveraging the full calendar of marketing initiatives across all lines of business, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement through analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the implementation of the social media and community engagement strategy.
- Generate and execute content for the social media and community engagement calendar including events, awards, testimonials and thought leadership content.
- Monitor internal and external social media platforms to gather insights on brand sentiment.
- Develop post-campaign analysis and reporting for recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Actively create close working relationships with key internal stakeholders.
About you
You have 3-5 years marketing or media experience and are ready to take on your next challenge. You are experienced taking on briefs, delivering campaigns and working on varied projects in a fast-paced environment. You are digitally-savvy, proactive and get a kick out of working as part of an innovative, dynamic and driven team. You’ll have relevant qualifications in either Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing or Communications and have:
- Proven experience in executing social media and community engagement campaigns.
- Highly effectivecommunication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid understanding of the value of reporting and tracking to help support the social media and community engagement strategy.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong willingness for continuous improvement.
