We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team and help them continue to provide unparalleled service and innovation.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing up to 40 concurrent projects for 7 key clients, with an overall project portfolio value of 3 million dollars. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 7 clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project status.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities. Facilitate collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Oversee project budgets totalling 3 million dollars, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently. Track expenses, manage costs, and report on financial performance.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues proactively to minimise project impact.
- Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular reviews and implement improvements as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare detailed reports for internal and client review, highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a managed service provider environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
