Atom Resources have partnered with an up and coming construction firm based in SEQ, working in the residential, industrial. and commercial sectors. Due to recent project wins, they are currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects within their expanding commercial division.

Your New Role:

In your new role as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of commercial construction projects. This includes ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and site teams. You will coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure strict adherence to building codes and safety regulations.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry handling projects up to $15m.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or trade background.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands.
  • Proficiency in project management software and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
