This highly acclaimed contemporary architecture practice is seeking a Studio Manager to sit within the leadership team. Working across cultural, mixed-use, infrastructure and education sectors, this firm is established within the industry with a strong drive for social and environmental sustainability.
The successful applicant will be the key touchpoint for all HR processes and oversee team and facilities management. You will champion strong culture and actively participate in operations improvements. 
This is a key role within the studio and requires strong communication skills and experience in team management within the industry. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of all HR operations across employee lifecycle
  • Manage the recruitment and on-boarding of new staff, maintain employee information including any visa and sponsorship requirements
  • Assist in resourcing and project allocation, supporting the administration team, Directors and Principals
  • Implementation of operational improvements, active participation in marketing and comms strategies
  • Uphold a strong culture of collaboration, health and safety and quality


Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing small-mid size teams, ideally within design and architecture
  • Proficient across Microsoft Suite and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop strong working relationships internally and externally
