There's still a lot of work ahead of us, so we’re always on the lookout for creative, resourceful, and resilient people that can quickly learn new skills andadapt on the fly.The OpportunityCatch is seeking the services of a full-time Integrated Creative Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day workflow within the design studio of a major eCommerce business. Reporting into the Head of Content, this role is pivotal to our success, responsible for leading and inspiring a team of creative professions to produce on brand digital creative on time.What you’ll be doingWhat does a normal day in the life of a Creative Studio Manager look like? Well, no two days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:Lead, mentor and inspire a team of graphic designers and copywriters.Creating a culture of innovation and collaborationAcross industry trends and innovation to add value to idea generation with teamOperationalise best practice end to end workflow management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Creating and implementing monthly deadlines, project goals and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery.Manage high volume across internal and freelance creative team within a fast-paced studio ensuring each asset is consistent, on brief and on brand.Assessing briefs and assigning resources to a project.Implementing and managing monthly utilisation reports.High attention detail and brief reviews with internal teams.Manage & oversee all design and production projects from initial concept to final completion, consistently meeting deadlines & requirements ensuring best practice digital creative is delivered.Present concepts to internal stakeholders including Head of Content, including listening for constructive, actionable feedback for the creative team.Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand business & project needs.Lead key internal stakeholder meetings including production WIPThe skills you'll haveDegree in Design, Marketing or similar7+ years’ experience working in the industry as a Studio / Production Manager is essentialExperience as a digital graphic design with knowledge of retail creative requirements, video and photography shootsExperience in creating and leading campaignsStrong leadership capabilities experienced in staff management and development; or demonstrated experience leading a mid-sized teamStrong project/traffic/workflow management with clear understanding of design principlesHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite &
