About the Role
Enerflex are seeking a Project Administrator to support the Projects team based at our head office at Eagle Farm. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and excellent multitasking skills.

You will be required to –

  • Providing project cost control for a range of projects;
  • Project cost forecasting and risk identification;
  • Preparation of monthly cost reports and working with the project managers to adjust budgets as required;
  • Associated billing according to project contractual agreements and milestones;
  • Project procurement and vendor invoice processing;
  • Document Control
  • General project administration

About You

  • Previous experience in project cost control in an engineering and project environment
  • SAP experience (Beneficial)
  • Intermediate to advance Excel skills (Beneficial)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be proactive and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
