We’re looking for an industry professional to help us continue our success, and that of our clients.
THE ROLE
Develop and implement innovative SEO solutions.The SEO Specialist works across multiple SEO channels and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently. The position services clients directly as a client lead, supported by the Cluster Lead.
They will successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives. The SEO Specialist will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies working with internal teams.
Key responsibilities- Liaise with key clients on a day to day basis.
- Develop and manage client projects, working with various internal and external stakeholders to implement tracking, attribution, reporting and campaign solutions.
- Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
- Train and develop skills of junior team members, supported by the Cluster Lead.
- Promote the Sparro values and culture.
You move fast, but also and engage and empower the team around you to get stuff done. You’re also not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves.
You’ve worked with variety of clients and are looking to build successful senior stakeholder relationships.
Your contribution to the agency’s offering, direction, culture and knowledge will be invaluable, as will the solutions you produce and lead for our clients.
- Effective client, stakeholder and staff management.
- An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
- A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.
- High-level skills in digital channels, tactics and strategy.
- Detailed understanding of channel tactics and best practices.
- Successfully implement online marketing strategies as per briefs and requirements, indicating attention to detail and the ability to follow directions and meet client objectives.
- Contribute to marketing strategies or development briefs with educated ideas and recommendations; indicating initiative, as well as an understanding of, and interest in, online marketing concepts and their application.
- Develop an advanced level of proficiency in Google Analytics and other online marketing channels.
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.
Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. W ith our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro and Jack Nimble, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more.
The SEO Specialist will work in a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfilment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
