Digital Marketing Specialist

THE ROLE
Develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies.The Digital Marketing Specialist works across multiple Paid media and SEO channels and accounts, and is a highly-organised strategic thinker that is able to develop and implement client solutions independently.
They will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through managing the successful development and implementation of online marketing strategies across relevant digital marketing channels, working with internal teams. They will successfully manage relationships with new and existing clients to understand client objectives, and promote agency value and results in all work that they undertake.
Key responsibilities- Liaise with clients at a strategic, tactical, and implementation level.
- Manage and implement client projects, communicating with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies.
- Prepare and present client reporting; identifying and communicating new opportunities, value delivered, and strategic direction.
- Engage and empower team members to develop and implement channel solutions.
- Develop the team’s skills, culture and confidence in line with business direction and client requirements.
- Promote the Sparro and Jack Nimble values and culture.
You move fast, but also and engage and empower the team around you to get stuff done. You’re also not afraid to dive right in and solve challenges by rolling up your sleeves.
You’ve worked with variety of clients and are looking to build successful senior stakeholder relationships.
Your contribution to the agency’s offering, direction, culture and knowledge will be invaluable, as will the solutions you produce and lead for our clients.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, with hands on experience in paid media and SEO channels
- Highly-effective and confident client, stakeholder and staff management skills.
- Ability to effectively and independently plan, prioritise, delegate, and execute to complete tasks.
- A confident and considered approach to problem solving and project management.
- Technical and strategic skills in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and data analysis.
- Heightened awareness of digital channels and tactics.
- An ability to explore and workshop business objectives, using data and digital skills to develop project plans.
- Engage clients in Sparro’s digital marketing offering, value and strategies.
- Manage, plan, and delegate tasks to achieve clients’ marketing objectives.
- Develop client relationships, positioning Sparro as a key business partner.
- Develop team members’ skills, experience and confidence.
- Assist in development of the wider professional offering of Sparro – conceptually and through technology.
- Contribute to the values and culture of Sparro.
Continuous learning is a huge part of our workplace culture. W ith our dedicated learning and development team and onsite performance coach, we offer in-house training sessions to upskill your qualifications.
We also provide a 20-week leadership training course with our founder and general manager. Through this training, we explore the vision of Sparro and Jack Nimble, how to manage expectations, elevating conversation and much more.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in a cluster, with regular mentoring sessions from their Team Lead and other senior leaders. Who will provide support for the ongoing development of the employee to ensure their fulfillment and success within the company.
Through our in-house training and support, we also look beyond our company to aid our staff’s professional development, with access and encouragement to attend industry events, workshops and paid external courses.
