The Opportunity:
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a primary point of contact and build a thorough understanding of client needs and business objectives.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with enterprise or private sector clients in need of business support roles. Develop strategic proposals and pitches to win new client accounts.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-tier talent for business support roles. Leverage networking, social media platforms, and database mining to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyse market trends and client information to stay ahead of industry changes and leverage information to advise clients and refine recruitment strategies.
- Account Management: Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and secure repeat business. Monitor and report on account metrics to demonstrate value and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance business practices and support team goals. Share knowledge and resources to improve overall team performance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum two year experience as a recruitment consultant
- Located anywhere in Australia or NZ
