Your Skills:
- Previous recruitment/sales experience with a strong understanding of delivering recruitment solutions and processes, ideally in an agency environment
- Passionate about recruitment and dedicated to delivering results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and a passion for candidate care
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven with a hunger for success and exceeding targets
- Team player who collaborates effectively to achieve shared goals
- Tenacity, self-motivation, and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with colleagues
- Open to any industry experience, as we are recruiting across all teams
Your Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively source and attract skilled candidates through innovative strategies
- Assess candidate suitability and present them to clients with confidence
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
- Cultivate sales leads and drive business development initiatives
- Network with industry professionals to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
- Expand existing client relationships through business development and account management
- Cross-sell all areas of the business
- Find candidates through advertising, CRM searching, and headhunting
- Maintain active pools of candidates
- Adhere to compliance requirements
