The Opportunity:
Our Client Services Coordinators are our client’s first point of contact into the organisation, providing a client-centred onboarding experience while connecting our clients to products and services that meet their in-home care needs. You will be pivotal in establishing and building relationships with our client’s, their families and referral sources. Our client service coordinators are the first step in delivering exceptional, effective and efficient services for our clients. You will also be apart of the client’s on journey with RDNS Silverchain as their care needs change, assisting with access to additional or change of services as required.
Operating Hours:
Our operating hours are 7 days a week between 7:00am and 8:00pm, based at our Head Office is Keswick. We work a rotating roster over 7 days a week to support your out of work commitments.
You will be paid penalties working late shifts, weekends and public holidays.

- Experience providing excellent customer service and a desire to help others
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and able to multi-task
- Able to manage sensitive client interactions with respect and care
- Clear communication skills with clients and relevant stakeholders
- Confident with inbound and outbound calling
- Effective relationship management and support resolution of referrer and client issues.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications, able to navigate multiple applications
