About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Smeaton Grange warehouse team. Reporting to the State Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient running of our warehouse operation.

You will maintain our effective distribution system: storing, sorting, and despatching products to our dealer and company-operated store network in line with our policies and agreed KPI’s. 

This is a fantastic career opportunity in which you will further enhance your warehouse management and leadership skills whilst utilising a leading inventory management system.

About you and your skills and experience

  • You will be a team player, committed to safety and customer experience. 
  • A good knowledge of distribution and warehousing procedures.
  • PC literacy, with good skills in the Microsoft range of products, (excel and email in particular) along with a general understating of mainframe applications. A working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
  • Must possess exceptional time management and organisational capabilities.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities along with a proactive approach are required.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience and demonstrated commitment to WH&S.
  • Experience supervising a team would be beneficial.
