About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and leading commercial and industrial construction business based in Ballarat, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. With almost 20 years in the industry, our client boasts a strong portfolio of completed projects for prestigious clients. This full-time position offers an ASAP start and requires overseeing multiple projects primarily located in western Victoria, within a 1.5-hour radius of Ballarat. There is also an opportunity to work from the Geelong office for the right candidate.

Location:
Our clients’ projects are predominantly on the west side of Melbourne, within a 1.5-hour radius of Ballarat

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Direct and support Site Managers
  • Guide, mentor and assist a team of Project Managers within the company
  • Communicate effectively with Leading Hands and Contracts Administrators
  • Report to the Construction Manager and Leadership team
  • Maintain flexible working hours to meet project needs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
  • Proven experience as a self-starter with a proactive approach to project management
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a team of Project Managers
