Location: Adelaide, Australia

Position Overview: As the Sales Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with a company committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
