Position Overview:

As the Sales Manager at our company, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic industry with a company committed to environmental responsibility and sustainable agricultural practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and meet sales targets.

Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
