About the Role:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will focus on developing long-lasting relationships with our local government clients, driving client engagement, product adoption, revenue growth, and retention. You will be the primary point of contact for these key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and value from our solutions.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be solution-oriented with strong organisational skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships. They will ideally have a deep understanding of government operations and procurement processes, along with in-depth knowledge of ERP systems. Proven B2B sales experience, particularly with government clients, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at negotiating complex contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
