Mortgage Advisor

Working on behalf of our client based in Deeside. We are currently recruiting for Mortgage Advisors to work on a self-employed basis.

Key Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial situation, needs, and goals.
• Provide expert advice on suitable mortgage products, explaining the pros and cons of each option.
• Assist clients through the entire mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide informed advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

What we are looking for in the successful candidate:

• CeMAP qualified or working towards (funding available if working towards)
• Currently working as a Mortgage Advisor PAYE but looking to make the move to self-employed
• Driving licence and own transport essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to self-manage own workload
