Cognizant seeks an accomplished Guidewire Developer to lead in crafting and implementing applications.

As a Guidewire Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions aligned with our clients' business objectives.

As a Guidewire Developer, you can expect to:

  • Lead the design and development of Guidewire applications, encompassing configuration, integration, and customisation of the company's product suite
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements meticulously
  • Provide technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in best practices and ensuring successful project delivery
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews, mentor junior team members, and actively contribute to refining development processes.

To apply for this Guidewire Developer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

  • Robust background in the Guidewire product suite
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and leadership acumen
  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • A proven track record as a Guidance Developer with expertise in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter
  • An in-depth understanding of the insurance domain and associated business processes.
