What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a motivated and driven HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic partner to our technology, product, sales and finance teams, providing expert HR guidance to drive business outcomes and success in a fast-paced, founder-led organisation.
Our HR team is a high performing, high collaborationbusiness unit where we wake up every day looking for ways to enhance the work environment for our Plentineers.
The successful candidate will contribute at both an operational and strategic level to help Plenti grow and cultivate an outstanding, high performance and innovative culture.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover with an anticipated start date in August/September 2024.
What will you be doing?
•Partner with leaders at both team leader and senior leadership levels to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.
•Manage the employee lifecycle and drive operational excellence, providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and procedures
•Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and work health and safety matters within designated portfolios
•Lead and execute key HR cyclical activities in close partnership with leaders (e.g. performance reviews, employee engagement survey action planning etc.)
•Lead and drive HR projects from inception to completion i.e talent and leadership development that support the change and growth of our people
•Assist leaders to drive effective career conversations, develop their teams by providing guidance on career plans/training plans based on individual goals and the goals of the business.
•Drive diversity and inclusion (D&I) activities to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.
•Analyse HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
•Ensure compliance with legislative changes, stay current on industry trends and emerging HR best practices
•Act as a cultural ambassador always living and breathing Plenti’s values
What we are looking for...
•5+ years’ mix of HR generalist and recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels
•A tactical and strategic thinker with the ability to drive change, influence, negotiate and develop solutions for people-related matters and business challenges
•Strong project management and analytical skills
•Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, employment laws/landscape, and regulations
•Proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies that align with organisational goals.
•Ability to exercise high judgment decision-making andquickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•Degree qualified in a Human Resources discipline or related field
