About the Role

*Fixed Term Position until the 1st of April 2026*

The Project Support, Land Coordination role collaborates with the Land Coordinator General Division to offer project and office support for critical corporate activities. This position entails close collaboration with stakeholders in the Strategy and Precincts group, as well as within the broader Department and government. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, be self-motivated, adaptable to shifting priorities, and exhibit a keen enthusiasm for continuous learning.

The role involves providing comprehensive project and office support to the Executive Director of Land Coordination, the Land Coordinator General, and colleagues in the Strategy and Precincts Group, encompassing various corporate activities. This includes coordinating all corporate reporting for the group, such as Ministerial, program, governance, procurement, risk, and strategic reporting, as well as assisting in financial reporting coordination. Additionally, responsibilities entail managing the diary of the Land Coordinator General, arranging meeting venues, security passes, and other logistical requirements. The position also involves preparing reports, briefs, and correspondence on business matters, fostering positive relationships with colleagues across the department, and addressing inquiries related to the group's activities.
