We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our WA Sales Team. This highly focussed and rewarding role will be based out of our Belmont premises in WA.

About the role:

  • Implement sales growth strategy for the HVAC / climate dealer network and electrical trade stores
  • Manage existing customer relationships to improve sales and increase market activity
  • Organise and facilitate product training for dealers/trade sales
  • Manage relevant dealer and customer performance reviews and manage poor dealer/customer performers
  • Play a lead role in developing, gaining approval for and implementing annual business plans for dealer customers
  • Seek, identify and research current industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor activity

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
  • Highly effective skills in building and managing relationships
  • Proven ability to negotiate with customers for successful outcomes
  • Outstanding customer service with a strong focus on follow up
  • High level commercial and business acumen
  • A proven sales/business development background within the residential HVAC industry
  • Experienced in presenting to groups and delivering product training

You'll be well established in your sales career with significant experience across the HVAC / climate dealer network and electrical trade stores. You are driven by opportunity and eager for success.

The successful applicant will have a background in sales & business development with the ability to grow sales in a competitive environment. Proficiency in not only meeting but exceeding budget, a competitive mindset, and maintaining customer satisfaction are your forte. Your drive to chase sales and hunt new business are essential for your success
