What we’re looking for:

This position is responsible for co-ordinating facilities work and project upgrade work at our child care centres.

The role:

  • Coordinate the completion of compliance facilities work and project upgrades at our child care centres
  • Facilitate and close out safety related audits and initiatives (utilising external contractors for the work)
  • Liaise with external and internal departments, contractors and stakeholders to assist with any regulatory and administrative requirements are met within designated timeframes

About you:

  • Experience within a similar role or a role in real estate / property management is essential
  • Experience working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • High level of organisation skills
  • Advanced level of attention to detail skills
  • Certificate in Business (Office Administration) desirable (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of the childcare services industry desirable (but not essential)
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relating to facility management desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to be self-motivated and work both autonomously and within a team
  • Understanding of work health and safety regulations
  • Collaborative team player
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.

Permanent Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, based in Brisbane (CBD).
