About this opportunity

• Permanent, full-time, based in Collingwood

• $42.554 per hour + super + NFP salary packaging

What you’ll be doing

The IT Support Specialist role is key role within the IT team and is responsible for the day-to-day front-line support forIT at Launch Housing. In this role, you will manage incoming IT support requests through the IT service management platformand is the key system owner for the platform. Reporting to the Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a strongfocus on customer service and technical support in equal measure.

You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issuesto find the root cause and resolve these rather than just fixing symptoms. You'll need process improvementunderstanding and skills to ensure continuous improvement of support operations.

What we're looking for (key selection criteria):
  • Proven track record of exemplary customer service skills.
  • Well honed troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
  • Experience working with IT Service Management tools to service customers.
  • Exposure to or experience with ITIL framework.
  • A valid Victorian driver’s licence.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the values of Launch Housing and our mission to end homelessness
