Become part of our global team as a People & Organisation Business Partner.

We currently have an opportunity for a People & Organisation position that will take care of complete P&O functions (Hire to Retire) for Australia and South Korea countries. We are looking for a key professional with considerable years of Leadership experience who is willing and able to drive the People and Organisation element of the Innomotics organisation. This is an all-encompassing HR Management role responsible for Governance, Talent Acquisition, People & Leadership development, and performance Management, local Benefits, statutory compliance, local regulations, reviewing the payroll and closely working with the payroll outsourcing service providers.

Reporting Line: To the Head of P&O – APAC and ME Meta Region

Location: Australia (Melbourne, Perth, or Brisbane)

The Senior P&O business partner role brings deep insights, a strategic approach and an independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to business issues.

It would involve consulting and influencing senior leaders to act on emerging people-related topics.The role holder translates business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of P&O to derive relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolving transformation of the Innomotics business. The position plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, mindset, and structure, with a heavy focus on business transformation and change management.

You will work in close cooperation with the partners from the business and Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O team, you will implement the HR strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and be responsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in Australia and Korea.

Innomotics in a process of setting up a standalone organization. This role will lead the P&O/HR project stream in establishing the standalone P&O / HR function.

·You bring an understanding of the business and its strategy and actively drive the P&O perspective to the respective countries.

·Play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, design, and structure. Closely working with APAC & ME Region P&O Head and global P&O partners.

·Drive & Implement effective P&O programs/initiatives (e.g. recruiting people development, compensation & benefits implementation, organizational development, and change) for various countries together with the responsible colleagues in your international support area.

·Understand the external world and its implications on the business and people strategy (Industries, Markets, Customers, P&O/HR, People practices, etc.) and bring the outside in perspective.

·Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.

·Orchestrate and connect business with experts across the HR value chain to develop new or leverage existing solutions. In doing so, you will build networks and use them in a target-oriented manner.

·You are responsible for advising leaders/managers/employees individually on various strategic and operational topics.

·You are responsible for crafting the collaboration with an external and internal legal advisor to lead compliance with country-specific legal requirements.

·You will also mentor managers on topics such as change management, leadership development, succession planning, and building a diverse talent pipeline.

·You will facilitate discussions (e.g. leadership feedback) and workshops (e.g. team workshops) and contribute your ideas and experience to overarching P&O projects.

·You will be responsible for driving people initiatives and projects across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

·A degree qualified with extensive experience in managing entire employee life cycle.

·Be hands-on, proactive, organised and have the ability to manage all operational elements of the role.

·In depth knowledge of Australian employment law, statutory obligations with the capacity to learn and quickly understand the Korea employment law, statutory obligations.

·Experience working with national engineering teams (desirable), managed project business.

·Familiar with industry benchmarks and HR best practices.

·You bring international work experience in dealing with a diverse group of people including levels of seniority, cultures, and cross-border exposure

·You have entrepreneurial understanding and work independently.

·You should also be capable of influencing and leading change. You are open to new working methods and interested in working with employees from different cultural backgrounds. Transformation and change processes are part of everyday life for you.

·You enjoy a variety of new and complex issues that require innovative and individual solutions.

·Highly communicative and collaborative.

·Able to work under stress and in complex situations.
