Who are we looking for:
- Degree qualifications or a relevant qualification is preferred.
- Early Childcare industry experience desirable
- The successful candidate will have well-developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability to communicate, influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Have a commercial approach to decision making.
- A person of high integrity with a passion for excellence.
- Strong influencing and coaching skills.
- Delivering training programs.
- Significant experience in organisational development and/or learning business partnering role in a similar sized business.
- Demonstrated experience with project development / program management of Learning and Organisational Development initiatives.
- Experience in leadership learning & development, with the ability to develop and implement a leadership strategy.
- Experience in designing and developing engaging learning content, as well as managing an LMS.
The role will be responsible for supporting the strategic agenda through building and implementing organisation design learning solutions in line with business needs.
- Deliver on People and Culture learning and development strategy
- Partner with the wider business to develop and execute.
- Partner with the business to enhance talent management
- Develop capability and facilitate the implementation of a learning and development function, assisting in compliance, competency, technical and skills training.
- OH&S.
- Support with the management of our Trainees studying their Certificate III’s & Diploma.
- Manage position descriptions, policies, and our performance management appraisals process.
