About the role:
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in providing critical insights into the short- and long-term performance of our projects. This hands-on position involves end-to-end finance responsibilities with a strong commercial focus on feasibility modelling, budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and WIP/ Project reporting. You will collaborate closely with key external stakeholders, including investor groups and financial institutions, as well as work closely with the Head of Development.
Responsibilities:Producing timely and accurate accounting ledger for projectsPreparation and presentation of monthly management reporting packConduct project feasibility analysis and in-depth development financial modelling to ensure profitability and performanceBudgeting; ensuring project milestones are meeting budget and managed effectivelyWIP and project reportingCashflow management and forecastingPreparation of investor pack with commentaryAssisting with tax and compliance such as BASLiaising with external financial institutes and investor stakeholdersUndertake adhoc operational analysis projects
