Wehave over 1,300 people throughout the world, protecting our customers withproducts which are made right here in New Zealand.TheOpportunityWorking closely with the Finance teambased in New Zealand you will be one of our key finance people on the ground supportingour Animal Management team in Australia. You will use your financial expertiseto interpret and apply regional business strategies, guiding our Leadershipteam’s strategic decision-making process.Reporting to the Global Finance Lead, you’ll be instrumental innurturing relationships within our Animal Management business and being part ofthe Australian Animal Management leadership team. Your ability to provide pragmatic and pivotalfinancial insights and analysis will be essential in driving our strategytowards sustainable and profitable growth.The FitYou should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree inBusiness, Finance, or Accounting, and be CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified. You needto have significant experience in finance business partnering or commercialfinance at a senior level, including leading business planning, managingperformance, and evaluating business growth and investment opportunities.You should be pragmatic with a strong commercial sense and a goodunderstanding of strategic business drivers. You need to be able to turncomplex information into clear insights that help guide business decisions. Youmust be comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior executives and haveexcellent communication and presentation skills. Strong data analysis andcommercial modelling skills are essential. Building effective relationships toinfluence key business stakeholders and guiding decision-making with yourinterpersonal skills are crucial.Experience with SAP software and working in large, fast-growing globalbusinesses is a plus.
