We are looking for a Marketing Designer to join the team at Flippa. With our Series A capital raise led by OneVentures and supported by some of Australia’s best entrepreneurs we are accelerating our growth and scaling our platform.

This is an exciting role where you will contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand representation. Your creativity will shine as you conceptualize and bring to life designs for our marketing campaigns, while adhering to project timelines and deliverables.

This position is a 12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover) and reports into our Senior Designer and is based at our Melbourne HQ, located in the fun and vibrant Cremorne and comes with a range of fantastic perks & benefits We support flexible work arrangements with a hybrid work arrangement of in office and working from home.

As the Marketing Designer at Flippa, you’ll get to -

• Collaborate with the design lead and marketing teams to create visually compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media graphics, infographics, email templates, banners, merchandise and advertisements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.
• Conceptualize and execute designs for online and offline marketing campaigns, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to propose innovative design concepts that align with our target audience and marketing goals.
• Adapt existing designs to optimize for different platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Support the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Help maintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility for the marketing team.

What you bring to the table -

• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• High Proficiency in graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience working with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
• Wordpress Development to build landing pages is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes to designs effectively.
• Good understanding of marketing concepts and trends.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing design.
• A collaborative team player who can effectively contribute to cross-functional projects.
• Desire to roll the sleeves up and hit the ground running
• Prior experience in Marketing design or related roles (internships, freelance projects, etc.) is a plus.
