About Your Role
As a Senior Service Designer, you will shape seamless, user-centric service experiences across our touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and frictionless journey for our customers and front-of-house teams.
What You Will Do- Implement and embed the Customer Experience Journey framework company-wide.
- Craft unified customer and agent experiences across digital and non-digital channels.
- Generate design artifacts using cutting-edge CX methodologies.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Product Managers.
- Align efforts across Voice of Customer, Innovation, Product, UX Design, Tech, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Develop product and service concepts to address customer needs and pain points.
- Assess customer experiences and work with research teams.
- Foster consensus among stakeholders and lead collaborative workshops.
- Strong user research skills for qualitative and quantitative insights.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Interest or knowledge in racing, wagering, and gaming.
- Exceptional communication skills and a user-focused design approach.
- Proficiency in service design methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Office Suite, and Figma.
