Join the Compliance team, which is responsible for a number of criticalprocesses to ensure that Mako operates in full compliance with all relevantrequirements in all operational jurisdictions.

The Compliance Assistantwill work closely with various stakeholders and teams across Mako’soperations, trading and technology functions. The Compliance Assistant will beresponsible for carrying out, improving and maintaining monitoring andsurveillance programmes, policies and procedures and will support the businessby providing regulatory support.

Join the SydneyFPGA development team which is responsible for developing and supporting thecompany’s FPGA globally.

The Senior FPGA Engineer will work closelywith our Tech Lead and cross-functional teams. You will contribute to thearchitectural decisions and translate design specifications into efficientFPGA code. Your expertise in hardware description languages (HDL) such asVerilog or VHDL will be essential in crafting FPGA designs that meet stringentperformance and functionality requirements.

What we need from you:

  • PhD ElectronicEngineering or a related field and equivalent work experience, OR;

  • Strong demonstrable skills in FPGAdevelopment and complex simulations using Modelsim or Questa.
  • Knowledge of UDP, TCP/IP, PCI-E, QDR and DDR3 interfaces.

Join the Application Support team who are responsible for managing the in-house derivatives trading system.

The Trading Application SupportEngineer will be an addition to an expanding team who manage all development,maintenance and support of Mako’s technical systems. The team works in adynamic environment whilst providing both 1st and 2nd level support to thetrading floor, investigating issues, writing scripts and implementingprocesses to improve the front office system.

What you’ll be involved in:

  • Ensuring thesmooth running of Mako’s production systems.
