role purpose is to deliver best in market Outside School Hours Care (OSHC), promote service excellence, and support growth and value. This will be achieved within your portfolio by providing an inclusive and fun environment in which children are safe, engaged, and well supervised. This position is also required to be a Nominated Supervisor.
The role involves full-time work totalling 38 hours per week, structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, fixed term contract until the end of January 2025.
About the roleReporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for the supervision of staff, children, and the OSHC services within your portfolio, managing approximately 10 services in the South West/Macarthur Region of Sydney. You'll do this by being in services and at times in ratio, role modelling best practice and mentoring your teams.

Who are we looking for?We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:Minimum 3 years' experience working with childrenDemonstrated multi-site experience within the OSHC sectorCurrent and valid state check to work with children i.e. NSW Working With Children CheckCurrent and valid First Aid Certificate (incl.
