About you:
We are looking for casuals to join us as we grow our services To be successful in a role with Mosaic we are looking for individuals who are:
- Committed to improving the lives of people with disability and achieving their goals.
- Reliable - our clients depend on you
- Passionate about diversity, inclusion and social participation
- Resilient and able to manage challenging situations
- Team player with strong relationships building skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements of the role:
- Full Australian working rights.
- Have a current unrestricted WA Drivers Licence.
- Have a current Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate or the willingness to obtain these prior to commencing.
- Have a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Have your own motor vehicle which is roadworthy, registered and insured.
- Previous experience working in Disability or Aged Care (desirable)
- Certificate in individualised support, disability and/or aged care (desirable)
