Technical Business Analyst

Job Description:
We're seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a Workday HRIS Project team on a contract basis. A key player in the fast-scaling startup environment, you'll help refresh the HRIS system to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic and collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Gather, analyse, and document detailed technical requirements for the Workday refresh HRIS Project aligning with the goals of this well-known brand.
- System and Data Migration: Lead the planning and execution of system and data migration processes to uphold the integrity of our data and support our growth trajectory.
- Integration Requirements: Define detailed mapping of integration requirements to ensure seamless data flow across systems, contributing to our fun and collaborative work environment.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between various teams, fostering effective communication and alignment on project goals, reflecting our collaborative culture.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile methodologies in managing business analysis aspects of the project, maintaining alignment with our fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Facilitate Decisions: Support decision-making forums and provide input on design decisions that resonate with our company's vision and culture.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality in business analysis practices, reflecting our commitment to excellence as a well-known brand.
- Solid background of IT experience, including a solid background in business analysis.
- Experience with data mapping, integration, and system migration.
- Strong experience in agile project delivery and coordinating with cross-departmental teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
- Passion for contributing to a fun and collaborative work culture.
- Experience with Workday, Workato, or other iPaaS tools.
- Familiarity with Okta and IAM tooling and architecture.
